    Having tried almost every product on the market the Nicorette spray is working for me. It has also worked for 2 friends, heavy smokers who stated many times they would never quit.

    One used the spray for 8 weeks and is now nicotine free. I'm using about 3 a month.

    I just wanted to let people know, this is a great product if you haven't tried it, do it!

    One last thing, there is a knack to using the spray. Spray against the side or palate of the mouth and not the back of your throat.
