Hi, I have the Miracast item in the link

    http://www.netgear.com/home/products/connected-entertainment/wireless-display-adapters/PTV3000.aspx

and it works very well with my HTC One, I have a 50" TV and I use it to mirroe my phone display on it, watching RTE player etc. However, it doesnt work with my Galaxy Tab 2. The fact that it is on my phone is fine, except of course if the phone rings! So I would like it to work on the tablet. My parents are looking to get a tablet so it would be no problem for me to give them my tablet and I could have the new one (my tab is only a few months old).

Does anyone know of any tablets that are compatible with this device, there is a wikipedia page with a list of compatible devices but they all seem to be smartphones rather than tablets at the moment.

Do you have WiFI Direct or Screen Mirroring enabled on the Galaxy Tab 2?

I have one at home and it worked first time with my Nexus 4 but not with an Xperia T (which is listed as supported)
