    Hi Guys,

    I'm new to fitness, I was fit when I was younger and it didn't require much effort.

    I now weigh 22 st 1 lb, so I said I better do something about it.

    My plan is to get to 16 st in 14 months, this equates to a loss of half a stone a month.

    I'm struggling with the figures and was hoping to get some help here. I'm not sure what the first figure on page 33. This is my weight 309 lbs multiplied by 12 and that's equal to fat loss. Is this my calorie ceiling? If so, how many calories below this should I be aiming for so that fat osn't stored as if I'm in hunger mode?

    Any help is appreciated!
