Can anyone recommend foods that help increase your libido?

I have no scientific back up or knowledge of nutrition on this but can only tell you what works for me.
A diet of fish and vegtables for dinner and no processed food at lunch really has a strong effect on mine. It seems to raise it through the roof after 3 or 4 days eating like this.
I would stay away from potatoes though that seems to make me tired and not in the mood.
Crisps and heavily salted food seems to lower my drive.

Eat foods high in Zinc - steak, oysters etc...
Eat foods that block the effect of oestrogen like broccoli
    Lift weights

To be honest, it's probably not your diet that has given you a low libido. I could give you tips if i thought it was the answer. Have you been told your diet is the problem?

Are you on the pill? I've suffered loss of libido because of it. Quit recently and its back with a vengeance! There was research published recently stating something like 40% of women on the pill suffer some loss of libido.

Ginger is good also. Nice in homemade curries or soups.

I was the same anytime I was on the pill. I cant tell from your post if you are male or female but for females hormone levels definately play a part in sex drive

I started taking zinc supplements for my skin and one definite "side effect" was libido increase. By a lot!
And I will second that pills and depo provera shot as well as antidepressants can really decrease it.
