tips on keeping fit without exercise

    Hi guys,
I was on a roll with my fitness, I was following a weights program and looking good and healthy but I've now torn a muscle in my abdomen and am getting physio.
The physio says I've to completely rest for the next 6 weeks (this is after two weeks of exercise ban to begin with), no lifting, housework (yeah right, with 2 toddlers under 4 :D) or exercise!!
How the hell am I going to keep fit and maintain my weight?
Any tips? Will i have to be really strict with my diet? I love my food and while I was working out all the time I could eat an awful lot more :(
    Thanks in advance

Also has anyone else ever got physio for a torn muscle and any advice you could give me?
