Hey , finding it very very difficult to reduce my mile and a half time , I'm stuck in between 08:38 and 08:41 , not really built for running im short and thick set .. ideally I need to get it between 08:00 - 08:15 by febuary/march .. big ask I know ...
    Is that realistic ?
What training should I concentrate on/stay away from ?

Any racing snakes out there any good routines plz share ... cheers

Going for selection mate? That's a decent time you have. Cant give you any specific help, other than introducing fartlek into your training.

What does your current training week look like?

How often are you running flat out time trials?

Depending on what your current training looks like I reckon that is a very doable target in the given time period
