Hey everybody !! How's it going ? Would anybody be kinda enough to help me !! I am a good bit over weight , and I need to shed a lot of weight , but the thing is I can't do any work with my legs as I injured them , and I'm out of sports till January !! I need to shed this weight as it's affecting me in many ways and it's slowing down the healing process in my knees !! Would anybody be kinda enough to help me make a diet plan and and tell me what sorts of foods I should be eating and tell me exercises that I could do to lose weight pretty quick without using my legs , I don't have time to get to a gym as I have school , and then I have after school study !! Thanks a million , and any help would be deeply appreciated

You should read the stickies first.

You should tell us your sex, age height and weight.

Here is a rough guide, quantities and calories depend on the above.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled tomatoes & mushrooms or ham and courgette omelette., glass of water cup of tea or coffee if you want.

Break. Bottle of water, raw carrot or cucumber sticks, an orange or apple, 25g unsalted nuts (big bags in lidl) or small tub of natural yoghurt

Lunch : water, home made soup in a flask ( you can make a big pot on sunday), Brown bread & real butter

After school snack: 1 slice Brown bread with tomato or cottage cheese or tuna

Dinner: Any meat, with as much veg as you can eat ( only 1 potato) roast, frried, grilled, steamed are all fine. Meat portion is size of your hand, add lots of spices, herbs, chilli etc...
