Any advice? Anyone here suffer similar symptoms. I have really zoned out of my circle of friends and I'm not happy in general and I think it's all down to my obsession with healthy eating

    Hmmmmmmmm

Doubt they're linked very much at all unless you're very very obsessed.

Post a typical dood intake for the day

Literally no junk at all in my diet. Generally consists of porridge, muesli, fruit, meat, brown bread, vegetables eggs etc. Anytime I do snack on something I shouldn't I have a tremendous guilt and I feel fat for eating it.
