Just done the rescan there and some of the channels are mixed up and they still say rescan needed.
It's an lg smart tv and I done the rescan by just doing the auto tune.
Is that all I needed to do?
How come the channels didn't com back in the right order and why is it still saying rescan needed?

Offhand, Rte 2, Tv3 ANC 3e are ok.
Then it starts getting messed up.
Rte1 is on channel 11 and I forget what why the rest are but I'll check later.

If you're missing missing channels from 1, 7 and 8 (RTÉ1, RTÉjr and RTÉ1+1) then your aerial isn't picking up the new Mux2 frequency, these channels have moved to a new frequency. The channels on 11, 17 and 18 are temporary and will close soon.

Thread on it here - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057067108

What type of aerial are you using, indoor/outdoor/attic?
If you're TV isn't picking up these Mux2 channels them you may have an aerial/signal problem.
