How to dissolve solidified caustic soda in toilet

    Used this before with no probs but this time round I have
    Noticed that at the bottom of the toilet there is a solid mass of the caustic soda .

    What's the safest way of dissolving this ,?
    I've heard vinegar ? Whole bottle ? I don't want to risk
    And dodgy reaction ...

    Caustic soda dissolves in hot water so ...

    empty water out of toilet, pour hot water in and agitate a bit. Flush and repeat if necessary
