iOS 7 running slow on iPhone 4

Upgraded my IPhone 4 to the new iOS 7 software. The phone is now running slow. A few people have also said this when they updated their iphone 4. What's the fix ? Better to go back to ios6 ?

I have it on my iPhone 4 since it came out and have no problems with it, its the best of the ios7 updates ....so far
