Does anyone know what these are like, and are they good to take?

I'm in good shape - I go to the gym 5 nights a week for an hour to an hour and a half. I have zero belly fat when standing up, and actually look pretty good and feel happy with myself, but when I sit down I have a little bit of a belly (not even noticeable to others I don't think) just something annoying me....would these give the extra zazz to get rid of that?

Another thing is I don't do too much cardio.... would you have to whilst on these?

In most of commercial fat burners the caffeine is the only worth while ingredient.

Even when I was 8% bf I still had a bit of a belly sitting down, its fairly unavoidable and doesn't mean you're fat its just the nature of the human body squish your organs from top to bottom and they'll bulge outwards.

Cheers. I think I'll steer clear so. A good, hard workout and eating clean seems to be the best. Diet just needs a bit of adjusting and to be more clean, as I do get plenty of exercise in.
