eat more. supplement your meals with another meal.

You dont "eat plenty" you "eat loads" and by "loads" we mean LOADS, feel fit to burst each meal.

Eat more rice, porridge. Eat until you wanna throw up. At dinner I'd normally measure 300g of rice before cooking it or 300g of porridge. Takes me 20-30 minutes to eat it but works out to be about 1000 cals.

Or you could try Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass but who knows if liquid calories will have the same impact.

I find breakfast a killer, what would you recommend porridge? Im the type of guy that can eat anything and find it hard to put on weight, also about a month ago i was sick and lost about half a stone in a few days but have put it back on.

I never eat breakfast. just eat more at other meal times.

and if you think you can eat anything and not put on weight then I hate to break it to you but youre wrong. youre simply not eating enough.

There are no tricks, no catches no magic solutions, no unique snowflakes.
Eat too much you put weight on,
eat too little you lose weight.
    That's it.
    Just eat more.

Milk, as recommended, is a great way to get more calories.
Drink an extra pint or two at each meal and youll soon notice weight piling on.

Nuts and nut butters, are also a good way to go.

I never eat breakfast, i might be able to handle a protein shake 2 hours after i get up but that's about it. I don't typically eat until 12/1 o clock. Skipping breakfast wont make or break you. Eat when you are hungry and just eat a lot - obliviously more than you are eating now.

Most weight gainers you will buy are expensive porridge with sugar and some protein powder. You can make one up yourself with oats, peanut butter, milk and protein powder.

Whats your current height and weight and do you know how your macros break down? I.e are you eating enough protein.

Have you ever worked out what "plenty" is. Max I would be taking in would be just over 10,000kcal a day.

You can reverse some tips for dieters. I read of some bodybuilder who turned around the fact that it takes your body a while to recognise it has taken in food. So dieters might have a starter and more food 20mins later. In your case you set out rakes of calorie dense food and scoff it quickly so your body does not register that its full and put you off before you are finished.
