Got a chance to give the motor a good blast today, as a bit of a cooling system test. And all looks good. Here's hoping she's sorted! I reckon I'll be constantly looking at my bloody dash for the next while to make sure though:o

Got a phone call from Chill insurance. Oh your policy expires soon, maybe you want to try to get a quote. I was like: lets do this.

After good few minutes of details dump he goes off phone to get me a quote. Comes back with huge "sorry" in his voice. I am so sorry, but I cant get insurance for your car with any of our insurance companies.... Something to do with your car? Did you had that issue before?

I swear the **** soon you wont be able to insure anything that has more then 50hp and is not diesel.

I don't know what wrong but the Market just seems dead at the moment no ones buying it's wired. I sold my focus in 2 weeks but had to take a bit less than I wanted for it. But the octavia which you would think would sell overnight a good cheap diesel family car. We couldn't sell it for love nor money. Ended up selling it to my a relation for very small money as we don't need a third car anymore and don't have the space for it in the new house. Still your superb has to be worth more than 9k I almost paid that for my golf :eek: and there was a que to buy that I was lucky to even get it.
