    Hi all.

I am looking for help with my excema problem. It goes through phases of being bad and also to almost disappearing.I am fully aware that it is food related and i have tried giving up many things.I have been to my gp on several occasions about this with no real success.
My next move is to go for allergy testing or maybe try some of these spa treatments??
Can anybody point me in the right direction of somebody who has good success rates??

Eczema doesn't have to be food related!!!
Mine is definitely triggered by stress and weather.
If you feel it is, start a food diary so you can find triggers (please keep in mind dairy/gluten have reaction period in weeks)
Get allergy tests done, make sure to rest and get proper sleep, clothes should be mostly cotton.
Also good hygiene and eczema lotions do miracles.
Good luck... and remember this is a marathon, not a sprint

Your GP should refer you to a dermatologist, that's the best next step.
