Kettlebells beginners dvd suggestions?

    Hi guys, could anyone recomend a kettlebell dvd for beginners? Really want to give it a go and get stuck in before xmas! Thanks a mill

    No. Just no.

    Go to a reputable KB instructor.

    Using a KB, and doing KB training are different things.

    The amount of people I've trained who I've had to try to rewire because of bad tekkers is frustrating as hell.

    And those peopel were "coached".

    Imagine the damage you could do on your own.

    They do one-day KB courses in D8 Fitness every few months. I heard good things about it but I'm sure others are better placed than me to flag any strengths or weaknesses in it

    I did this course in D8 a few years back. It's very good and you get a KB to take home with you at the end. Well worth the money!
