Hey,I play a fair bit of football and struggle with a bit of knee pain,likely connected to tight glutes and IT band.have used the foam roller quite regularly but have been recommended to get some regular sports massages to help the issue.
i live out near UCD and as they can be expensive enough,I'm wondering if there are any sports therapy students who do some college practical work for a more reasonable fee? Either that or if anyone knows of a good place around D4 or D6 that would be a good option for regular rubs!?
