Ways to make some extra money

    Realistic thread here (though I do expect some AH responses..)

    Do people have any useful advice on how to make some extra money, on top of wages?

    Whether it's selling on Ebay, catalogs etc. Things to do to make some extra cash.

    If you have a large amount of money available in your bank account, you can invest into the stock markets or buy gold/silver

    You could gather up all the stuff you no longer wants, clothes, jewellery, ornaments etc, and get a stall at the Dublin Flea. ( or any other Flea market, depending on your location :)

    I did it a couple of years ago, and got rid of loads of stuff I dint want anywmore, and made some money too.

    Dude, there's people out there who have came up with genius ideas to make a few extra quid. Think alot of it is doing your research and having bottle. But being honest no one is going to tell you such ideas. So it's time to do some homework.

    But if you want a few of the classic well-known nixers... do you own a car or van?

    Like someone else suggested busking (weather permitting), help distribute the free newspapers through the traffic, sell drugs :D, go into the prostitution service, beg or walk about Templebar hoping that some rich drunken sod clumsily drops a fifty Euro note. :pac:

    Mystery shopping is great if you live a large town/city with lots of chain stores/restaurants. Google it and a good few companies come up that you can register with.
    Don't register with a company that asks you to pay up front though. Most will ask that you complete a fake report to check your grammar and spelling.
    They pay between €3-€10 per report plus your expenses.
