Advice on Schedule please

Hi all, so I'm currently working in the mines in Australia, and as I spend quite a lot of time on site i've got to train up here too.

I'm beginning a bulk program in the next few weeks and would like peoples advice as to the best way to approach my schedule for the day.

I work 12hr days, 6-6. Ideally I would like to train in the mornings, 4-5am, but does this mean i've got to be up at like 3:15-30 to have breakfast/shake as i don't think training on an empty stomach is ideal on a bulk, right?

There must be some guys out here on 12hr shiftwork who have effective eating and training plans

Currently i like to have dinner and wait an hour before training at 7:30 then follow with a post workout shake but think it would be more efficient if i could have my pre workout protien shake at work before training then dinner after as eating clean can be tough up here with the selection so better after workout right as my body will metabolise a slightly "dirtier" meal more efficiently?
Only thing is the gym is rammed straight after work so morning is my preference.
Shakes i'm referring to are a lean mass gainer, approx 650cals/shake

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Nick

Training on an empty stomach won't affect your bulk as long as, overall, you are eating appropriately. In the morning, I just have a shake with milk, oats and whey first thing in the morning; it only takes 2 minutes to make and drink.

As long as your calories and macros are in order, it doesn't matter too much when you eat particularly on a bulk. There may be benefits from increased carbs and calories on work-out days to maintain a 'clean' bulk.
