    Hi all,

First of all, I have a strong interest in nutrition and eating well and have read many of the threads here so I am not completely clueless. But I would definitely appreciate some help to see if my goals are realistic and what I could change to do better.

So I am 24, 8.5 stone, quite slim, generally happy with my body but I want to know is it possible by eating well and exercising to increase the size of my boobs and get a "curvier" figure. I.e less up and down. ??

To give a bit of info..

    A typical days eating is:

    Breakfast
    3 satsumas/banana
2 slices of brown bread with a thin scraping of butter
    Green tea

    Lunch
Baked potato with tuna and a side salad with no dressing/ homemade soup, a boiled egg and a salad with no dressing

    Snack
    ~25g of mixed unsalted nuts
    Banana
    Green tea

    Dinner
2 salmon fillets with cous cous/ lean beef steak with homemade potato fries/ chicken salad/
Tea with 1 sugar and a bit of milk

    Snack
    Chopped peppers and cucumber.

I drink probably once a week and eat out twice a week, I will choose a healthy main but will get dessert.

I go to the gym probably 1-2 times a week for Yoga and then work out at home with sit ups, press ups, weights etc bout 1-2 times a week.

So first off- can I get a curvier figure by this diet and exercise? Or what changes can I make to do it?

    Thank you!!! :)

Gotta just work with what God gave you.

The only way to increase your boob size is to put on weight, have a baby or get a boob job.

I know a few girls, who when they lost some weight around the mid section, their boobs appeared relatively bigger. They didn't actually grow individually, but they just now sat on a smaller frame.
Think about sizing also, if the rib measurement decreases more than the bust measurement your cup size will increase. So somebody who is 38C might end up a 34D (made up figures, but you get my point).

Just like other fat losses, their is no real way to control where it comes off quicker. Just swim the genetic lottery wheel.

I think you might be kinda wrong there.

The 'cup' size is how many inches they 'stick out'. So the 38 number for example can change to 34 as they lose weight but they wont 'stick out' any further.

Boobs however can look bigger the smaller/flatter your stomach is, though.

As far as I'm aware the cup size is calculated by subtracting the underbust (or chest) size from the bust size. And each inch of difference equates to a different cup size I think. So they would be correct I think.

It's measured by circumference (just like waist, legs, arms, etc), not simply how far they stick out. Depending on how your lose the inches, the under measurement could decrease more.

My point was that you can't control it though.

When were you fitted for your last bra?

Thank you all for the advice, I suppose I wasn't very clear in my OP. I know I need to put on a bit of weight to be "curvier" and am happy to do this. I wanted to know if my diet would allow me to put on weight mostly on my boobs and ass/hips therefore giving me a curvier figure.

For example when Nicole Scherzinger started in the pussycat dolls she was quite thin but now she is much curvier but still has her slim figure. So something like that is what I would ideally like to do. Does anyone know how best to achieve that? Is my diet ok?

No more than you can target where you want to lose weight from, you can't target where you want to put it on. You'll need to add a bit of weight and hope it goes on at the boobs.

She's also had a lot of surgery. That's why she's got that figure.
