Cardio while trying to build mass

    Hello guys,
To start off I will just give some info about myself
    Age:16
    Height: Roughly 5ft 4
    Weight:72Kg
    Bodyfat:15%

Recently I have started to go the gym to build muscle and mass, before I was 63kg during the summer and then after september when I joined the gym I gained a massive 9 or 8kg in 1 and a half month.

But I then noticed that I should not just be doing weights and all that stuff, I do a full body workout but I never had cardio such as bike, threadmill, rowing in it.(this excludes ab workouts and legs)(I do them regurlarly) to hopefully get a six pack)
I asked a gym expert and they said the cardio will not lose you muscle but infact tone up your legs. I usually do cardio just before I lift the weights.
But yesterday in the gym I heard some guys talking of how they are going to gain muscle and then at the end when they are bulk and big do cardio and loosen up a bit to get a perfect body.

    So any advice??
Should I do cardio with my excercise and if so what is the best time to do it, after or before lifting.

If you want a six pack you'll do well by sticking to the cardio. Doing sit ups will build your ab muscles but if you're body fat is too high you could have a six pack and not see it.

As far as I'm aware this bulking and cutting thing is a myth and hasn't been proven but if anyone wants to correct me there please do.

My advice would be to split the days between cardio and weight training, that way you can focus fully and give everything to what you're doing on the day, I don't know about you but a good intense weight training session for me takes about half an hour to an hour, if I threw in cardio after or before that I'd get sick of the gym very quickly, but a 10 minute warm up before hand yeh sure.

Always told HIIT training is good to do weather your trying to gain weight or lose it. Keeps the body fat under control
