I'd say it's a pretty great and relatively inexpensive post workout drink. A pint contains:

    22.5g protein
    52.5g carbohydrates
    of which 52g sugars
    of which 22.8g added sugars
    7.5g fat
    of which 3.5g saturated
    1.5g fibre
    605mg calcium
    2µg Vitamin B12

But drinking it regularly otherwise would entail intake of a lot of sugar. A pint of Avonmore Freshmilk for example:

    16.5g protein
    24.5g carbohydrates
    of which 24.5g sugars
    of which 22.8g added sugars
    17.5g fat
    of which 11g saturated
    Trace fibre
    590mg calcium
    2µg Vitamin B12

Has significantly less sugar while still being a great source of calcium, protein, saturated far and B12.

Low Fat Avonmore Supermilk has 25g of sugar per pint, Avonmore slimline has 27.5g of sugar.

So I'd say Freshmilk for daily intake unless you're looking to drink a pint of milk after training, in which case mooju is a good way to go.
