Usc charge and 12 a form?help

    hello all, i started working 1 month ago this is my first job.It is only par time i make under 10k a year so i should not be paying any usc charge. i am however and was wondering when i fill out this 12 a form and get my certificate does this stop the usc charge? i do not get taxed paye or prsi.
