Benefits of loaning a player out.

I've loaned out a few "future superstars" from my Celtic squad that I got from the youth academy. Their OVR goes between 55 and 65 and their peak can hit as high as the 90s region. My only question is; what is the benefit of loaning these players out? Does their overall go up? I haven't had them back yet so I can't confirm…

Yeah it goes up, how much depends on how many games they get at the club they're loaned to i suppose.
