    Can't order. Exactly as all the times before. After putting my address and parcel motel as delivery I get "something wrong with your order, check the funds on your card and call us". No idea what I am doing wrong here...

    Will parcel motel accept a moderate size box though?
    Surely two or three body scrubs and a shower gel bottle or two would never fit in those little letter box type yokes.

    There's different size boxes, I've have had a large blu ray player box delivered in one of the medium sized lockers without hassle.

    change your billing address to your home address and use pm as delivery address.
    it will work eventually.

    You don't. You need to get the package delivered to the UK. Use a service like Parcel Motel to get it delivered. First couple of deliveries are free with Parcel Motel too so won't cost you anything.

    Just to clarify, the discount is 70% in total, not 90%. Obviously still a great saving.

    I have used PM frequently thanks - so I know how it works. But my card was declined because when it verifies the billing address - there is United Kingdom.
    So just wondering how to get round your credit card company not liking UK on your billing address. I used PM as delivery address

    Ive tried this again and still have the same problem.
    Lyoness there is a drop down box to change united kingdom to rep of ireland but that still didnt work for me.

    I have called them and apparently they have a "very sensitive system", that only accepts UK credit cards. They've also said they will do some adjustments to my account so I would be able to place the next order with an ROI card. Waited the instructed 15 minutes, then waited 15 more, just in case. Tried to place the order - rejected again.
    P.S. And in addition to that I still have 2 pending transactions from yesterday that didn't go through and will clear in 5 working days (which means I can't access 100euros on my account).
    70% discount is great, but it's not worth the hassle...

    Hi just wondering what did you use for the Post Code section in the bill area? I have to enter something and I think thats whats making the payment be declined (doesn't match my address on credit card system)

    I used my PM address for delivery which is UK and my irish address for billing.

    When it refused the initial order I was able to go back in and change my account details.
    Make sure to tick different billing address.

    that's an answer I got from them:

    I tried ordering as well 5+ times. But none went through! Used Parcel Motel Antrim as the delivery address and my own address for the billing address but it keeps coming up that my order is declined.

    Would have been great if it worked :(

    Worked for me .... Eventually!!!

    First two times said there was a problem. I used the online chat function on the website explained the situation to the customer service rep, the rep made "changes" to my account and said to try again in 5-10 mins.

    I did and it went through successfully

    where is the online chat function? all i can see is a section to email them a question but they get back to you within 72 hrs.....

    when you view your bag its on the top right of the page its a little box that says need help? call bla bla or chat online

    Hi all, I successfully ordered with mastercard using my PM address and my home address in Ireland for billing. NOTE: I was NOT able to specifiy the billing address during the order, it simply wouldn't allow me to. This is exactly what I did:

    Added my items to my basket and put in the code for the 40% discount.
    Went back to the homepage and clicked on 'my account'.
    Added in the billing address in Ireland using 00000 as the postcode.
    Went to check out - put in mastercard details and the order was accepted. At some point I clicked the box to specify that the delivery address was different from the billing address.

    Take it slowly and it does work. Forget about calling them. I did this initially and they hadn't got a clue so I figured it out myself :)

    errmmm I tried to complete the order using my visa debit. it said it didnt go through so i tried a different card on a different account. same thing. now its showing it has taken for that amount out of both accounts....anyone else have it taken out of thier account when it was rejected and it come back in??

    Looks like they reserved the cash off my debit card too. It's annoying but I would say they'll release the cash after 24 hours or so. Just keep an eye on it and make sure that you're not actually charged.

    it takes 3 to 5 days for the money to get unlocked

    Last Friday I tried ordering twice and I am still waiting on the funds back €113 missing from my account for a week now.
    I am completely livid

    Add the stuff to your basket, then go to My Bag. At the top right there should be a link Chat Now. I've been trying since yesterday with no luck. I just chatted to them online and they say it should be sorted in 15 mins. We'll see.

    Thanks soooooo much OP. Treated myself to some coconut scented stuff that I'd wanted to get for ages but couldn't justify the prices they charge here. Delighted. Also got a bottle of white musk perfume oil for old times sake:cool: I'd say the full price items work out less than half the Irish price with the 40% discount so a brilliant deal.

    Tried ordering on my mobile a few times and wouldn't go through but went through first time on the laptop.

    It's taken a couple of days to sort out my order because the billing address is different to the delivery address and I'm still waiting on money to be refunded to my card. My order has now been processed. Nice find OP, that's all my girlfriends xmas pressies sorted in one go.

    Collected first order from parcel motel this morning, cheers OP. I found ordering a total nightmare though, even with a UK issued card and billing address. According to the helpline their website "doesn't like it" if the shipping address and billing address are different :rolleyes: Worked on the bajillionth try tho!
