Isn't BST (British Summertime) ending next weekend.
I'm fairly sure all the games are going to be one hour earlier, bar the Thursday night game.

    Yep,

Sunday and Monday games are an hour earlier. Bank holiday Sunday too, can sense the Monday hangover already.

I Forgot about the clock going back. So ya, DST - Daylight Saving Time which most European countries use, ends at 01:00am Sunday morning and the clocks go back 1 hour.

DST ends at 02:00, not 1.

Technically, the very last moment of 1:59:59.99...

Why I must have been subconsciously thinking off 01:00am GMT, which is the reference time we are moving back to. So on Sunday DST/GMT+1 ends at 02:00am and we move back to GMT which = 01:00am.

    My effort for this week:

    Panthers @ Buccs
    Cowboys@ Lions
    Browns @ Chiefs
    49er’s @ Jaguars
    Dolphins @ Patriots
    Bills @ Saints
    Giants @ Eagles
    Jets @ Bengals
    Steelers@ Raiders
    Redskins @ Broncos
    Falcons @ Cardinals
    Packers @ Vikings
    Seahawks @ Rams

Reasonably confident on most of them... Though I probably should be locked up for thinking that the Raiders can beat the Steelers.. Or that Atlanta can put together two decent performances in a row :)

Panthers at Buccs tonight? Aaaww maaaan... Last Thursday I can wait up for a game and they put that on. Ugh. Seems to have been a lot of terrible prime time games lately. I know every team has to play on TNF once, and the networks take the biggest games, but surely they could find a half decent one to put on. I guess all the byes probably doesn't help either.
Addict that I am will probably watch at least the first half anyway.

Cam is on fire right now, hard to tell whether the Panthers are decent or just because they are playing Bucs.

I would go with the latter there.

Panthers would be decent if their recievers could catch the ball.

cams running is a lot more intelligent than before, he needs to learn to slide though.

    Nice td

Hopefully after last night it's Bye bye Greg shiano. I wonder when they do fire him will he object and say," that's not how we do things at Rutgers."

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2 Murda197

Brady is limited in practice this week not suprised given the amount of punishment that hes got this year, holding onto the ball all day because his rookie receivers are finding there feet hasnt helped either

Not just saying this because i support them but I think the Panthers are a sneaky good team this year. Honestly if it wasn't for Deangelo Williams fumbling around the 10 yard line in the 4th Q v Seattle and a irrelevant pass interference call on Luke in the final seconds v Buffalo then this team would be 6-1.

Cam is performing miracles with the receiving core he has. Age appears to have finally caught up with Steve Smith and he's been average enough this year. Greg Olsen is our top receiver in terms of yards like! The run game has stepped up but that;s not enough to carry a team in this age.

The defense is solid. We held Russell Wilson and the Hawks for the majority of that game. We rank at the top of the league in most of the major categories. Ron Rivera has taken his time getting this team going but he finally appears to have sorted things out.

Wouldn't like to be a Bucs fan at the moment. That defense was built up as a solid unit all offseason and our zero to hero thread (or whatever it was called) had them as the team that was going to turn things around. Obviously there's been injuries but not enough for Schiano to escape the firing squad IMO.

The Panthers are very underrated. Haven't checked the stats but that looks a top 5 NFL defence, or top 6/7 anyway. They need a proper number 1 receiver. Watched the Giants game against the Vikings and either Nicks doesn't give a fuc& or he's overly trying to protect himself from injury with a view to a trade. He didn't get paid after all. Could anything be done there? It makes sense for the G Men at this stage. Get a great receiver and the Panthers are going places real fast.

Sad thing about the Buccs last night is that Mike Glennon actually looked pretty good to me. Thats scary, that he can have a decent game and they can be taken apart like that. It was amateur night as regards receivers. They should be ashamed of themselves. They may well lose every single game. Funny ol' league, i thought they could be quite decent this year.

Not the finest year for the Glazers is it :D

EDIT: after a few beers i have decided the Giants should keep Nicks , will beat the Eagles on Sunday, Lions will do Dallas and Denver will beat the Redskins, G Men should sit top of the East by week 14.

I like the Panthers but their wins have come against 4 teams with 5 wins combined. Haven't beaten a good team.

Browns to stun the Chiefs tomorrow. The defence to maul Charles and hurt Smith.

    GO BROWNS

So are you literally hoping that Smith gets hurt or is that just a figure of speech?

I presume its a figure of speech, I doubt he wants them to literally maul Charles either.

Hoping to see the Jets beat the Bengals so the AFC North remains close. A rookie QB against a Mike Zimmer defence, I'm not confident!

Bryant McKinnie straight into left tackle in Miami, something else to watch out of interest

They chose some absolute ****e to perform the music in Wembley.

    What happened Jon Beason?

A few years back he was highly rated around the league and he got a big contract.

This season lost his starters job in camp and got traded away

    Very big decline :/

Sky sports saying red zone only from 5:30 pm. What the heck is the point in that? Don't want to watch a minute of the Jaguars.

Injury. Tore his ACL I think and never really recovered. Giants seem to like him though.

Yeah but look who he lost his job too. He's still a good player and the Giants will resign him
