Should I go to the ER for a head X-ray or is it not too bad

So I'm not really sure what to do right now...if I should wait it out until the morning and see my normal doctor or go to an ER or if neither are even necessary. I fell down onto the hard edge of a chair and hit the front of my forehead so hard that I got dizzy an had to lay down then when I got back up everything around the outside of my eyes was dim and blurry and I got nauseous and threw up a little. There's a pretty big welt where I clonked my head and my whole forehead feels sore, my body is kinda heavy when I walk and I'm still dizzy with a mega headache. If I put pressure on any part of my head I feel a sharp pain briefly. However, other than the pain and dizzy ness I'm pretty much functioning normally. The nausea is gone and I've got full sight back. My ears are sore and feel like there's a pressure in them and my face is tingly. I'm not really sure if I was hit hard enough to get a concussion and this has never happened to me before so I don't know if I should be checked out?

I dunno. The fact you threw up and got sick suggests concussion to me. Just be careful and take some pain killers and if you are still not right by morning the haul ass to the doc

id advice to go to a&e. are you steady on your feet ? is your eyes dilated?

id say your ok. but better safe than sorry.

Nausea suggests concussed. You need to go to a+e. Do not drive, you could go in to shock or pass out. Get someone to bring you or call ambulance. Don't take anything until you've seen doctor.
