Paypal not working

    Hey peeps
    I went on Battle.net today to buy some Wow time Paid with Paypal payment went through but its not appearing on my Transactions page of my Battle.net account and my account is still frozen anyone else have the same problems its been near three hours and the accounts till frozen?:confused:
