Burpee Help

    Hi everyone,

I have recently incorporated burpees into my routine and one of my worries is proper technique. As the burpee is a whole-body movement I am afraid that I will seriously injure myself. A quick look on you tube reveals countless variations and discrepancies in form. I'm hoping that someone here can send me a link or point me in the right direction on how to execute a burpee.

    Thanks in advance
