nice comfy Citroen, another one for the "better looking as an estate" file.
Always thought the wagon version an understated elegant design

That Austin Mini Cooper S is a special car.

It finished 11th in the Circuit of Ireland in 1964 and is still competing in historic events.

    Great spot.

The red car looks like a Mini Midas. They were a kit car based on the Mini running gear as far as I remember.

I was down in Nenagh for a few days. There's Toyotas galore. I'll wait till Boards is updated. Too much hassle putting pics to the laptop to upload

    556618.jpeg

Corolla GT in Kanturk last week (must be some association with that petrol station and Toyota as that's the same spot i saw the brand new Supra and Yaris GR in the past :D)

    556620.jpeg

Group of classic bikes in Charleville Sunday just gone, the one on the left was a '56 registration

Yeah, only round the corner. Just found it amusing that it's always Toyota (old and new) that I seem to spot at those pumps) :)

You're deep in the heart of toyota country when in kanturk. The place was overrun with e10 corolla's, gt starlets and twincams in the mid 2000's. Think I know the owner of the escort too, running a pinto on webbers if I remember correctly

He was sat inside out so I didn't feel I could take a photo of the front :D

    Seen this today
Chevrolet Corvette '86, it sounds insane.

Been hearing this culprit in mornings in my estate for past few weeks but never seen it until now.

    It honestly sounds amazing.

    I do love this thread.

With announcements like Audi of late, that ICE models are going to be gone by the end of the decade, its more important than ever to keep older cars alive and mobile.

Hats off to anyone who puts their time and effort and hard earned money into keeping one old bus on the road whether it's a Carina or a California. And thanks to all the pic posters.

Amazing it's still in one piece and in such good condition been American and all. The tax on must be insane.
There is a Porsche Carrera S and a Ford Mustang near me. The Mustang is the nicer sounding car but the Porsche is in great condition for an 05.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

Surely no car if it on the roads should be NCT avoidable. In fact the older it is the more important it should be that its tested.
I doubt it would be like that in the UK with there equivalent test or even in America.

Not such thing as an NCT or equivalent in the USA.
Some states have smog tests, but basic safety/steering/brakes etc?, nope.
