Working out macros

    Hey everyone!

    I've worked out that I should be eating around 1750kcal a day (which so far has been a bit of a struggle :o ). I've also worked out that I should be eating around 119g of protein. The only thing I can't seem to work out is how many carbs and fat I should be eating?

    I'm trying to log everything for a few weeks to give myself an idea of how much of what I should actually be eating, and help is much appreciated.

    shoot for .4/.5g per lb of LBM then just fill the rest with carbs,

    you can also play around with carbs/fat ratio

    but never go below .3g per lb of LBM for fats,not good for the hormone levels
