    I have my visa linked with my parcel motel account and it has take money for stays a few times but now I got a message saying I have no credit and to top up or link my card and I checked and my card is still link any ideas?

    You didn't change credit card number recently with new expiration date? or
    could be related to what it's mention here post 78 also have a look at here at post 3685 related to your issue.
