If you want a shock factor go for a Yak. Compared to water buffalo they more different looking than an standard Irish cattle. Also Yaks are super hair and can withstand the cold.

Con: All the other people in my apartment building already have one, so it would look like I'm following the trend.

Pro: I'd be following the trend, and my neighbours wouldn't feel sorry for me any more.
It'd be something to snuggle up with in cold weather.
If it got really cold, you can keep your feet warm in its intestines.

    The pros have it.

    Is there a balcony?
Water buffalo need a fairly big balcony if you are going to leave them alone all day. Like, at least 8x5 foot coz you dont want to have the animal cruelty lads after you and having the buffalo re-homed is lengthy now with all of them around the suburbs

What's the difference between a buffalo and a Bison?
You can't wash your hands in a Buffalo...
not even a water buffalo, they tend to make the water dirtier than it was before and are not the solution to government water metering that you might have imagined.

Go on - lick the buffalo.

Cons: That's a lot of **** to shovel.

Pros: You'll make a fortune selling buffalo **** to the neighbours for fertilizing their gardens.

    Pros:
-You won't have to run to the shop as you already have one in the house.
    -they're just so goshdarn cute

    Cons:
-When they're young you have to constantly babyproof all rooms as they bruise easily
-They don't get on with elephants so you would constantly have to make sure the two are not left alone in the same room.

They're common enough in SE Asia. Used for ploughing and milk production.

Big, lumbering docile yokes. Greatest risk is running into a stationary one on a motorcycle
