Not sure if this is the right location etc... (if bad, please remove/move)

Coming off all the low(er) carb threads, higher fat etc... Barry Murray and I have put together a half day seminar on the topic (and some surrounding things, like recovery techniques etc.). It will be 2-5pm, Saturday October 26th in the Radisson Blu in Dublin City Centre.

Cost is €25 for pre signup (everyone, me included, will learn more than any €25 bike upgrade from it!).

They do lovely biscuits in RadBlu. There will be biscuits, right?

Ireland could (should) follow Sweden's lead: http://healthimpactnews.com/2013/sweden-becomes-first-western-nation-to-reject-low-fat-diet-dogma-in-favor-of-low-carb-high-fat-nutrition/

"One probable reason why this study was done in Sweden is that a lot of people were obvious already following such a diet. Currently in Sweden, it is estimated that only 14 percent of the population are obese compared with one-third in the USA."

Malcolm Kendrick's article is the best (and funniest) I've read on that news: http://drmalcolmkendrick.org/2013/10/20/sweden-gets-is-right/

Good article, and be sure to read the comments section , even though it's lengthy. Some great fire and spice in there discussing the vested interests in the "health" industry.

Hope to get to the seminar tomorrow if I can get day release :D

Great stuff yesterday, I am sure if they had 4 more hours they could keep talking :) I liked the holistic approach of it as well. I hope you do more seminars like that.

    Hi Ryan,

Will you guys go through the same material or there will be new stuff added?

It will be similar material but organised a bit differently - hopefully with more Q&A time. Please let others know (even non-cyclists/endurance folk - I'm giving a similar talk at a tech company in the US this week) - I have seen the positive effect this type of lifestyle is having on 'normal' folk and love hearing about the "why didn't I do this earlier" stories...
