    Hi,

    Trying to put a programme together for my dad as hes decided he wants to do a bit of weights training. He wouldnt be the most active so start small i think will have to be the mantra.

    Any ideas/reccomendations on a programme?

    Was thinking of maybe starting with bodyweight work, Goblet Squats, Plank, Push ups etc. mainly to see if he likes it before investing in weghts. Is this the right track?
