Help identifying building near Stephen's Green

    Walking from Grafton to Kildare street alongside Stephen's Green yesterday and I noticed a cluster of young gents in tuxedos all congregating into a building facing the park.

    If this google maps link works, it's the ivy-covered building with the steps leading up to the door (not down to the restaurant).

    I'm quite curious what it is because I recall a few months ago coming into town on the 145 and passing this building while some event was going on and people dressed in tuxs and evening dresses were drinking wine in the doorway of what looked like an extremely elegant venue.

    So if anyone can ease my curiosity I'd be much obliged to you :o
