issues with Rte 1 saorview today (on 3 tx's at least) anyone else? 10/10/13

    Noticed at lunchtime,picture freezing with dots and horizontal twisting.
    Again a few times during prime time tonight,when the picture froze for a minute or two totally.
    It's happening on mt Leinster,Arklow and Kippure and not affecting other saorview channels.
    There was as short burst of sound with the words unfinished of 'we apologize' but then back to the programme .
    Anyone know what's up? I presume its all tx's.
    Miriam just apologized now but it happened earlier too so not specefic to a report in the programme ???
