    Hi Guys, Looking to do an oly weightlifting course, preferably in Dublin. Just looking for any advice on what the best ones out there are,any of ye had good or bad experiences? Thanks.

    Go to Capital www.defygravity.ie they've got beginners groups, I think a new one is starting soon. Got some of the best coaches in the country there.

    Great club with some of the best facilities in Ireland. Wayne Healy and Edwardius (mod in the strength and strength sports forum) are the coaches there.

    They do seminars as well if that's more up your street.

    Go for a gym that has things which suits you and you are looking for that will help you a lot mate.
    According to me in the starting doing things at home are pretty cool.
