    Should be a cracking game

A win here would set Ulster up very well for next weekend after a shaky start to the season

the stream is working but as usual is a bit of a pain to find, under the Welsh section

Jackson needs to mix it up, way too lateral

Paul Marshall having a bit of a mare

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

What was that chip kick by Jackson? GAA pass to Fussell.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,221 ✭✭✭Ugo Monye spacecraft experience

    Marshall a constant threat (Luke)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,221 ✭✭✭Ugo Monye spacecraft experience

    ffs Marshall............. (Paul)

Jackson is having an awful game too, basically standing still and shifting the ball out every phase

Is there any other side that competes as hard at the breakdown? they really do make an absolute mess when not in possession.

Ulster getting plenty of possession and field position, but every time they get in a good position they just look so predictable because Jackson and Marshall are content to flash it out wide on every second phase

That's a joke of a decision from the tmo. that kind of thing happens so many times in a rugby game

I ****ing hate these new tmo powers

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,899 ✭✭✭✭BBDBB

poor decision by the tmo, nothing in that

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

F me the new TMO rules are really pointless if the TMO can't call it right.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,221 ✭✭✭Ugo Monye spacecraft experience

    Henderson soon please

    Ospreys, TMO & Fitzgibon 6 - ulster 0.

    TMO was a joke

Thought it was fair enough. Threw the elbow a little bit. Penalty and nothing else.

Fairly awful half of rugby. Any kind of break is immediately followed by a mistake. Scrum is an absolute mess.

Resting for the Leicester game I think

His elbow hit the back of AWJ's head, looked kind of bad in slow mo (the only replay of it the tmo bothered to look at) but there was nothing in it. Those kind of clashes happen at every maul. AWJ wasn't even complaining about it

Yeah tbh I thought nothing of it at first but after a few viewings it looked worse. Maybe the slowmo doesn't help. Either way, it's a fairly 50/50 call so I wouldn't be losing sleep over it.

This TMO nonsense is wrecking matches. I really hope it's binned after the trial.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

    Omg, TMO for that? Seriously...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,221 ✭✭✭Ugo Monye spacecraft experience

It's got its merit. But it needs to be seriously looked at.

I've nodded off twice during this game.

Is the trial for the whole season or what? The sooner its gone the better.
