What you think of this shake?

    Hi all, I started taking this shake once a day for weight/muscle gain every day for around 2 weeks now, noticing small changes already, just wanted some opinions from people who know more about nutrition than me!

    50g mix of maltodextrin/dextrose/waxy maize starch
    50g of either brown rice protein/soy protein/super pea protein isolate (I rotate these each day)
    50g pistachio butter
    50g almond butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 after eights (gives it a nice chocolately minty taste!)
    water

    It totals around 1000 calories with quite a high protein content.

    I was also wondering what is best time to take this shake, before doing weights or after?
