    See there is a key difference:
    I'm not on the SU so I dunno if they saw the emails or just didn't respond to them.
    However, Isildur criticised the SU for not sending out emails to begin with...ignoring that they did so numerous times.

    This was sent out to all students registered with DSS on the 19/09/2013



    Dear Student
    The external lift outside the library is in proper working order.

    Students with reduced mobility who use this lift must use the buttons to open and close the door to the lift.
    When the doors are pushed open or pulled close, the doors will not close fully and the lift will shut down.

    When the lift shuts down, students, staff and visitors with reduced mobility who rely on this lift will be forced to use the ramp.

    We appreciate your co-operation with this matter.

    It's good though! The SU are doing some great work. I have been on the SU before so I know that the SU do a lot of work students don't see and a lot of good.
