Late match thread but anyway I reckon a score draw is on the cards.

    1-1

Spurs team :Lloris; Walker, Naughton, Dawson, Vertonghen; Paulinho, Dembele, Townsend, Eriksen, Sigurdsson; Soldado
Spurs subs: Friedel, Chirches, Lamela, Holtby, Chadli, Sandro, Defoe

Chelsea team : Cech; Ivanovic, D Luiz, Terry (c), Cole; Mikel, Lampard; Ramires, Oscar, Hazard; Torres
Chelsea Subs : Schwarzer, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Essien, Mata, Schurrle, Eto’o.

    Yeah I'd say a draw.

Be interesting to see if Ramirez plays in the middle or on the right.

If on the right Mata can feel even more aggrieved at missing out again

I'd say its a 4-2-3-1 with Rambo on the wing where hes wasted but we can go 4-3-3 if Spurs are dominating the middle.

I like the coverage, but not the commentary. Michael Owen and whoever the other guy is are awful.

Their little corner cams with shots of players and the managers etc are very american, but I like it!

    Spurs targeting Ivanovic

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

Very cautious opening, exactly what you can expect from us really.

Bt are trying everything to be a proper alternative to sky.

Some work like the little live shot on replays.

Some really don't, like the boys in studio randomly walking around talkng and standing on an electronic pitch.

Game needed that to prevent another Mourinho at Old Trafford type performance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,480 ✭✭✭Chancer3001

Sigurdsoon has improved so much under avb.

    Mata would kill naughton.

    Ramirez swap with mikel.

Ps typing names on an iPad with auto correct is frustrating beyond belief!!!

Spurs playing very well, looking bad for Chelsea.

Why didn't Townsend play like this when he was at Leeds :pac:

I don't understand how over the last few seasons the club have spent so much money and yet still in big games end up with Lampard and Mikel starting together in the pivot.

    Get in.

When they said Apprentice V Master I really thought they ment it the other way around. Jose is lost without AVB.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

WE've looked more lively the lasy 10 mins but Spurs are still untroubled really.

A bit of pressure from Chelsea but not much goal pressure. All a bit long, Oscar anonymous.
