    Widespread changes abound, I'd guess.

    Schwarzer
    Azpilicueta Luiz Ake Bertie
    Essien Lamps
    Willian Mata De Bruyne
    Ba

Although you could switch Christansen with Luiz but I'm not sure would Jose go with 2 young CB's, maybe Josh Mc will get game time instead of Essien/Lamps, more then likely Lamps but I reckon we need one leader out their at least.

    Swindon 1 - 3 Chelsea

Ah balls, goal scoring Mikel so. :pac:

Mikel not due one for another 3 years.
Hope a striker will score tonight.
If not throw Mata or Luiz up front for the season to keep us fans happy

I'd just take a win and move onto the Spurs game with a full squad to choose from.

Ideally Luiz and Mata put in big shifts and give Jose options.

Actually anyone that played poor tonight will probably never see a Chelsea squad again.

Suggestions that Kalas may feature but I think hes still injured TBH.

Its a shame when we're looking for Mata for a capital one cup match. He should be resting tonight instead of hopefully getting a game and trying to impress. Did Jose not watch any of chelsea for the last two seasons?!

I think you would be mad not to stick a sly tenner on Swindon town at 8/1

    Starting team is :

    Schwarzer,
    Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Cahill, Bertrand,
    Essien, Van Ginkel,
    De Bruyne, Mata, Willian,
    Torres.

Thats a very strong starting XI.

Bench is Blackman, Terry, Ramires, Baker, Schurrle, Ba, Eto’o.

7-0 for Chelsea tonight & Torres hat trick....I am being serious!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

I'd be happy with a comfy win and no injuries TBH.

    Chelsea should win comfortably.

The swindon jersey looks like the chelsea one except its red.

    Jesus, strong 11 from Chelsea.
Mata and Torres to run amuck.
Great to see Dave Asp back.

No fluidity about Chelsea what so ever look a very mechanical side since Jose took over that's probably why he doesn't like mata substance over style every time

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

    Torres shoulda scored

Haha in a small gap of buffering on sky go and I saw the goal. Only thing I've seen. Damn laptop won't connect to house broadband, so using the dongle so its fairly ****e!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

I missed the goal, prior to that you've missed f all really.

Nothing great from us Swindon have played well all things considered but we should win these games by 3 or 4 easily.

    Making hard work of it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,656 ✭✭✭✭Mushy

TBH it looks entirely like a Jose second string to me. There are good players in there. But will they gel? (Torres scores. He's gelling anyway!!!!!)
