I have a bit of an agenda going there this year. Specifically looking at forestry and tourism options to bring in a few more bucks, as well as more "left of field" sheep breeds. I'm a bit disappointed there is no Dexter cattle stand there this year.

We've had some security issues recently so CCTV will be high up on the addenda.

    After that stock.

Always go and see the horse teams ploughing.

The host farmer i did my second placement had one, i fell in love with it ha they have some power. I drove a side mounted manitou on the first placement and it was a **** to shear grap a pit and always breaking. The jcb was a dream to drive. What sorta money would a good second hand one set me back?

They made great telescopic loaders for building site, light years ahead of the JCB. But their farm version wasn't suppposed to be great.

7 or 8 foot disc mower, although realistically I will be buying a second hand one. Belgian blue and Limousin tents, NCBC and any other livestock tents I can get into. Will also call in to see lakill farm to say hello. Its always nice to make the acquaintance of another boardsie.
