As it stand now it's in breach of the rules. Putting the two images side by side would be acceptable, but as Spear pointed out, the file size of the larger one has to be reduced drastically.

I've resized the main one but I am unable to put back my mini icons such as http://www.tekkenzaibatsu.com/forums/images/smilies/z_asuka1.gif back in? It should be all within 30kb.

Your icons are all broken links. They probably aren't accessible unless you're logged in to those forums

They were working initially, but they're completely gone now, it doesn't rely on a login.
