Have really pigged out in the last month and I have steadily gotten worse as the month has gone on. Anyone any tips on trying to get back into a healthy eating routine. I've had to move back in with the parents for the time being which hadn't helped, considering all the ****e they have round the house.(Although I reclaimed my love for coco pops)

    Just do it.

    Just stop the crap.

Don't buy it. Do your own shopping

Your parents will be delighted to not have to cook for you. Show me someone that loves cooking for people that can cook for themselves. Just say you'll be working off a different timetable and you'll cook for yourself. They'll love that! :-)
