was given free sample of honey flavor not to bad like really watery porridge. its 250ml but a whopping 384kcals per 100 which i think very high, great for fuelin i suppose

15g carbs per 100 and only 1.7g fat, practically no salt.

I wonder how much they will cost. it will prob work ut better grabbin 1 of the porridge on the go tubs

Had a strawberry one last week, taste and texture can only be described as manky.

The honey flavour one is nice, it's a bit pricey though

Handy for people who struggle to get in their maintenance calories.

I hate "wasting" calories on drinks. Rather be chewing on real grub.

    17.25g of sugar per bottle.
A little over 4tsps of sugar, If I was making porridge that would be too sweet for me.

Never underestimate the value of chewing your food, way better off eating calories rather than drinking. Unless your having trouble hitting a calorie target.

Some of that sugar will be from the milk. The main ingredient is semi skimmed milk.

Most skim milks are about 5% sugar, natural sugar. Thats about the same as full sugar lilt or cidona. Or about half of the level in coke or apple/orange juice.

I presumed it would be very expensive the moment I saw the bottle, and had a sigh of relief when I was told it was free.

Yeah, true but when I make porridge I use water and add in a scoop of protein and/or a banana so make it nicer. Much prefer that to liquid oats made with semi skimmed milk and sugar.

But I'd still try it if it was free.
