what is the correct amount of protein intake for someone doing weight training

    am currently 22% body fat and want to get down to at east 12% over the course of the next year.Currently i am 38 inches and 100 kg.When on rest days from weight training i consume about 1.5grams per kg of body weight and on normal days i consume only 2gram per kg.is this correct or if not what is the correct amount of protein i should be consuming

    keep the amount of protein per day the same on all days regarless of activity.

    At your current weight and body fat you need to worry less abou your protein per day and more about getting off the wheat and sugar (you might have made this switch?)
