    Hello,

I've just started the new WW. I'm familiar with old system but not so much with the new one! Although I prefer fresh veg, I bought some instant mash for emergencies!! Does anyone know the pro points value for a serving? I've used the calculator which is giving me 8 points per packet but that is based on the weight / value of the product as sold. Since I'm only adding water, would the points change? The details on the box are based on the powder, not the made up mash.

The calories won't change so I presume the points won't.

Of course they will drop per 100g of made up mash. So you will want to weigh your dried mash before making it. This might sound obvious but it could prove tricky, since if people add too much water they will want to add more dried mash to thicken it. If you follow the instructions carefully you should be OK though.
