    Hi All.

I'm going a TRX class for the 1st time tonight ( 8:30 ) - I normally go the Gym in the morning and just have porridge, but since this is in the evening i can't do that.. I don't have to eat something that will make is sick during the class.

I get home from work about 6 and would normally have dinner then, should i avoid dinner ?

any tips would be great. Thanks.

What I used to do was make dinner as normal, but eat only half of it.

Then eat the other half after training.

Depending on how intense the class is going to be I wouldn't advise eating much.

As chancer says eat half your dinner before and half after. But make sure you're eating 90mins beforehand.
